规模舍饲羊场中自动称重分栏设备的设计与试验

摘　　要：养羊业正向规模化、现代化舍饲养殖模式转变,为实现精细饲养过程中羊只的自动称重和分栏管理,提高羊只福利化水平和羊场智能化程度,本文设计了单门双通道的动态称重分栏设备,能够在不干扰羊群正常生活作息条件下,单只分离、有序排队地进行称重分栏,实现精细饲养、销售交易过程中,快速分拣羊只的目的。现场试验表明,设备能够在1%的平均误差范围下稳定可靠工作,具有一定应用价值。The sheep farming industry is transforming to a large-scale and modern house-raising mode.In order to realize the automatic weighing and grouping management of sheep in the fine feeding process and improve the level of sheep welfare and the intelligence of sheep farms,this paper designs the single-door dual-channel dynamic weighing and grouping equipment.Without disturbing the normal life and rest of sheep flock,the equipment can be individually separated and lined up for weighing and grouping and realize the rapid sorting of sheep during the fine feeding and sales transactions.Field tests show that the equipment can work stably and reliably within an average error range of 1%,and has certain application value.
