摘 要:目的:探索刚毛柽柳种子萌发与幼苗生长对不同类型盐分的响应,旨在为利用盐碱地发展刚毛柽柳种植产业提供了理论依据。方法:研究氯化钠(NaCl)、硫酸钠(Na 2 SO 4)、碳酸钠(Na 2 CO 3)和氯化锂(LiCl)对刚毛柽柳的发芽率、发芽指数、成苗率和根长的影响。结果:随着四种类型盐浓度的升高,刚毛柽柳种子萌发率、萌发指数、成苗率和根长均呈降低趋势。刚毛柽柳的种子萌发和幼苗生长对不同类型盐分响应呈现显著的差异,锂盐对刚毛柽柳种子萌发毒害强于钠盐。回归分析结果表明,刚毛柽柳种子萌发时对LiCl、NaCl、Na 2 SO 4、Na 2 CO 3临界值分别为40、389、215、51 mmol/L,其极限值分别为168、665、585、307 mmol/L;50 mmol/L NaCl未显著提高萌发率和成苗率,但可显著提高刚毛柽柳幼苗根的生长。结论:不同类型盐分对种子萌发和幼苗生长的抑制程度顺序依次为NaCl<Na 2 SO 4<Na 2 CO 3<LiCl,刚毛柽柳适宜在氯化盐和硫酸盐为主的盐碱土引种栽培。Objective:The mechanism of seed germination and seedling growth adapting to different types of saline-alkali land was explored,which provided a theoretical basis for using saline-alkali land to develop the planting industry of Tamarix hispida.Methods:Effects of sodium chloride(NaCl),sodium sulfate(Na 2 SO 4),sodium carbonate(Na 2 CO 3)and lithium chloride(LiCl)on the seed germination and young seedling growth of T.hispida were studied by measuring the germination rate,germination index,seeding rate and root length of T.hispida.Results:The results showed that with the increase of the four types of salinity stress concentration,the seed germination rate,germination index,seeding rate and root length of T.hispida decreased.The seed germination and young seedling growth of T.hispida exhibited significantly different responses to the four types of salinity.T.hispida showed significant differences between sodium salt and lithium salt.By regression correlation analysis,the suitable salt tolerance values of LiCl,NaCl,Na 2 SO 4,Na 2 CO 3 in germination stage of T.hispida seeds were 40,389,215,51 mmol/L,respectively,and their critical value values were distributed as 168,665,585,307 mmol/L,respectively.Only a low concentration(50 mmol/L)NaCl did not significantly promote germination and seedling growth,but it could significantly improve the growth of T.hispida seedlings.Conclusion:The degree of inhibition of different salts on seed germination was in the order of NaCl<Na 2 SO 4<Na 2 CO 3<LiCl.T.hispida seeds were suitable for introduction and cultivation in chloride-and sulfate-salinity alkaline soil.
