摘 要:目的:为探索覆膜垄作模式下当归的最佳施磷水平,研究了磷素水平对同种覆膜垄作模式下当归光合作用的影响。方法:通过研究三种覆膜垄作模式当归在不同施磷水平下当归的光合效能响应。结果:同种覆膜栽培模式下,随着施磷水平的提高,当归的总叶绿素含量呈上升趋势;相同施磷水平下,全膜双垄沟栽模式的叶绿素含量较高。净光合速率、蒸腾速率和气孔导度三者的变化趋势一致,随着供磷水平的增加而提高,而胞间CO 2浓度则随着供磷水平的提升而呈现逐步下降的趋势。说明适宜施磷可以改善当归生长的光合状况,提高当归光合作用,进而科学有效地提高当归产量。结论:采用全膜双垄沟栽模式,在138 kg/hm 2的施磷量下利于当归光合效能的提高。Objective:In order to explore the best phosphorus application level of Angelica sinensis under plastic film mulching ridge culture mode,the effect of phosphorus level on Photosynthesis of A.sinensis under the same plastic film mulching ridge culture mode was studied.Methods:The response of photosynthetic efficiency of A.sinensis to different levels of phosphorus application and plastic film mulching was studied.Results:Under the same film mulching cultivation mode,the total chlorophyll content of A.sinensis increased with the increase of phosphorus application level;Under the same phosphorus application level,the chlorophyll content of double ridge furrow planting mode was higher.Net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate and stomatal conductance increased with the increase of Phosphorus supply,while intercellular CO 2 concentration decreased with the increase of Phosphorus supply.The results showed that the suitable application of phosphorus could improve the photosynthetic condition of A.sinensis growth,improve the photosynthesis of A.sinensis,and then increase the yield of A.sinensis scientifically and effectively.Conclusion:Under the condition of 138 kg/hm 2 Phosphorus application,the photosynthetic efficiency of A.sinensis could be improved by using the whole film double ridge furrow cultivation mode.
