摘　　要：结合历代本草和现代文献,对桑白皮药材的基原、产地、品质评价和性味功效进行考证,明确了桑白皮的基原、产地、品质评价和性味功效的古今差异与变迁。经考证可知,唐以前,本草书籍记载桑有山桑与女桑之分,自唐以后,出现白桑、鸡桑、子桑、山桑、荆桑、鲁桑等数种,近现代及《中华人民共和国药典》规定桑白皮正品基原为白桑Morus alba L.。其产地随着养蚕业的发展而变迁,南北朝时为四川,从宋朝起产地扩大,清朝时江浙地区生长最多,现代以河南、安徽、浙江、江苏等地为主产区,以安徽亳州为道地产区。品质与性味功效古今记载基本一致。上述结论为桑白皮药材的质量控制和临床应用及进一步开发利用提供了本草文献依据。Ancient herbal books were analyzed combined with modern references to clarify the plant source,habitat,quality and taste efficacy of Mori Cortex and then the plant source,habitat,quality and taste efficacy of Mori Cortex were summarized.According to the textual research,before Tang Dynasty,there was a distinction between Shansang and Nvsang in herbal books.Since Tang Dynasty,there had been several kinds of mulberry,such as Baisang,Jisang,Zisang,Shansang,Jingsang and Lusang.Modern books and Chinese Pharmacopoeia stipulates that the original base of Mori Cortex is Morus alba L.,its producing area changes with the development of sericulture.Sichuan was the main producing area in the Northern and Southern Dynasties,which expanded from the Song Dynasty,and Jiangsu and Zhejiang were the main producing areas in the Qing Dynasty.In modern times,Henan,Anhui,Zhejiang,Jiangsu and other places are the main producing areas,and Bozhou is the authentic producing area.Its quality evaluation is basically consistent with the present situation.The quality and taste efficacy are basically the same as those recorded in ancient and modern times.The study was aimed at providing a theoretical basis for the quality control,clinical application and further development of Mori Cortex.
