摘 要:选取一种自粘聚合物改性沥青防水卷材,通过更换不同材质的防粘膜,分别研究不同条件下老化前后低温柔性的变化并研究导致低温柔性变化的内在机理。结果表明,自粘卷材低温柔性的衰减主要是由于沥青涂盖料组成之间的相分离导致的;不同材质防粘膜对老化前后低温柔性的变化影响较大,氧气透过率越高,自粘卷材的氧化速度越快,涂盖料的相分离越严重,自粘卷材低温柔性衰减越快。A kind of self-adhesive polymer modified bitumen waterproofing membrane is selected to study the change of low temperature flexibility before and after aging under different conditions by changing the membrane's release film of different materials,and the internal mechanism of the change of low temperature flexibility is also studied in this paper.Results show:the degradation of the low-temperature flexibility of self-adhesive membrane is mainly caused by the phase separation between the bituminous coating components;release film of different materials has big impact on the change of low temperature flexibility before and after aging,the higher the oxygen transmittance is,the faster the oxidation of self-adhesive membrane will be,and which will result in more serious phase separation of the coating,and finally the low-temperature flexibility of the self-adhesive membrane will degrade faster.
