摘  要:单层屋面系统抗风揭失败,有一部分是因固定件本身强度不足而引起。在以岩棉为保温层的单层屋面系统中,常采用工程塑料套筒紧固件。吸取ETAG翼缘45°冲击测试方法经验,克服其不足,专门开发了针对紧固件(套筒)质量排查的特殊检测装置,并获得了国家发明专利--“一种工程塑料套筒冲击检测装置及检测方法”。本文以特斯拉上海超级工厂单层屋面项目为例,介绍了该专利装置在排查套筒紧固件质量、保证屋面系统稳定可靠性方面的作用。The failure of wind uplift resistance of single layer roof system is partly caused by insufficient strength of the fixed parts themselves.Engineering plastic sleeve fasteners are often used in the single layer roof system with rock wool as the insulation layer.By absorbing the experience of ETAG flange 45°impact test method and overcoming its shortcomings,a special detection device for fastener(sleeve)quality inspection is developed,and the national invention patent“A kind of engineering plastic sleeve impact inspection device and testing method”is obtained.Taking the single layer roofing project of Tesla Gigafactory in Shanghai as an example,this paper introduces the role of the patented device in checking the quality of sleeve fasteners and ensuring the stability and reliability of the roofing system.
