摘　　要：文章立足于辽宁省中医药健康产业发展现状和区位特征,分析辽宁省中医药健康产业发展新机遇和新业态,为促进辽宁省中医药健康产业可持续发展提供借鉴。研究发现辽宁省中医药资源丰富,产业集群初步形成,居民中医药健康需求旺盛,健康服务业发展区位优势突出,但中医药健康产业规模化、专业化、标准化、集群化、多元化水平尚有待提高。辽宁省中医药健康产业发展,迫切需要坚持顶层设计与基层首创相结合、公益职能与产业发展相结合、中医药资源与产业资本相结合的原则,并基于全产业链协同发展视角,寻求辽宁省中医药健康产业融合新路径,以促进辽宁省中医药健康产业提质增效。Based on the present situation and location characteristic of traditional Chinese medicine health industry in Liaoning,to analyze new opportunity and industry status,so as to provide references to the sustainable development of health industry of traditional Chinese medicine in Liaoning Province. It finds out that Traditional Chinese Medicine resource in Liaoning Province is rich. Industrial cluster?is initially established. Household traditional Chinese medicine health is in great demand. Health service industry has obvious location advantage, but the scale, specialization, standardization, cluster and diversification of traditional Chinese medicine health industry should be improved.The development of traditional Chinese medicine industry in Liaoning Province should stick to three principles: combination top-level design and basic-level creation,combination public-welfare function and industrial development,combination traditional Chinese medicine resource and industrial capital. From the perspective of coordinated development of the whole industrial chain,it explores the new path,improves the quality and enhances the profits of traditional Chinese medicine health industry in Liaoning Province.
