摘　　要：目的:分析广东省医疗服务价格改革对公立医院运营情况的影响。方法:通过收集广东省2018—2019年489家公立医院的运营数据,对比分析各级各类公立医院的经济运行、服务能力等情况的变化。结果:政策实施后,广东省公立医院医疗收入的增长大于10%;诊疗人次、出院人次和手术量增幅均大于7.00%,平均住院日降低了2.89%;百元医疗收入(不含药品收入)卫生材料消耗为27.44元,增长了0.72元。结论:医疗服务价格改革对全省公立医院的经济运行和服务能力产生了积极影响,医疗费用的增长趋势有所控制;但成本管控能力有待提升。Objective: To analyze the impact of medical service price reform on the operation of public hospitals in Guangdong Province. Methods: Collecting the operation data of 489 public hospitals in Guangdong Province from 2018 to 2019,the economic operation and service capacity of public hospitals are compared and analyzed. Results: After the implementation of policy,medical income is increased by more than 10.00%. The total number of outpatients,discharged patients and operated are increased by more than 7.00%,the average length of stay is decreased by 2.89%,the consumption of health materials is 27.44 yuan(with an increase of 0.72 yuan). Conclusion: The medical service price reform has a positive impact on the economic operation and service ability of public hospitals in the whole province,and the growth trend of medical expenses has been controlled,but the cost control ability needs to be improved.
