摘  要:为探究粘红酵母菌A3对阿魏酸、p-香豆酸、香草酸和丁香酸四种西瓜根系常见酚酸类化感自毒物质的降解效能及其在西瓜根系的定殖能力,采用高效液相色谱串联二极管阵列检测器定量检测菌株A3对目标酚酸化合物的降解效能;采用利福平选择标记菌株A3,于土培条件下研究其在西瓜根部定殖情况.结果显示,菌株A3对p-香豆酸、阿魏酸和香草酸表现出较高降解能力,而对丁香酸的降解能力较弱.西瓜种子出芽19 d后,定殖在根际和根表土中的A3^(R)菌体密度逐渐趋于稳定,分别维持在2.26×10^(4)cfu/g和7.04×10^(3)cfu/g左右.菌株A3对阿魏酸等酚酸化合物具有较高降解能力,且能成功定殖在西瓜根际土和根表土中.In order to explore the degradation efficiency of Rhodotorula glutinis A3 on four common phenolic acids in watermelon roots,namely ferulic acid,p-coumaric acid,vanillic acid and syringic acid,and its colonization ability in watermelon roots,the degradation efficiency of strain A3 on target phenolic acids was quantitatively detected by high performance liquid chromatography with diode array detector.Rifampicin selective marker strain A3 was used to study its colonization in watermelon roots.The results show that strain A3 had higher degradation ability to p-coumaric acid,ferulic acid and vanillic acid,but weaker degradation ability to syringic acid.After 19 days of watermelon seed germination,the cell density of A3^(R)in rhizosphere and root surface soil gradually stabilized,and maintained at about 2.26×10^(4)cfu/g and 7.04×10^(3)cfu/g,respectively.Strain A3 had high ability to degrade ferulic acid and other phenolic acids,and could colonize in watermelon rhizosphere soil and root surface soil.
