摘 要:随着新时代的到来,现在的电力企业中涉及的电力档案信息开始日趋庞大并有着重要的价值意义,同时随着计算机系统的介入也开始让传统的文档管理方案更加的规范化。应用网络对数据和信息进行整理、归纳、搜集等,之后形成可以归档的档案信息,这一方法不仅提高了档案管理的效率,而且保证了档案整理过程中的真实性和准确性。这一方案虽然已经得到运用和重视,但是在某些方面仍然需要得到完善以更加适应现阶段电力企业工作。With the arrival of the new era,the electric power file information involved in the electric power enterprises has become increasingly large and has important value significance.At the same time,with the introduction of computer system,the traditional document management scheme has become more standardized.Using the network to sort out,summarize and collect data and information,and then form file information that can be filed.This method not only improves the efficiency of archives management,but also ensures the authenticity and accuracy in the process of file arrangement.Although this scheme has been used and paid attention to,but in some aspects still need to be improved to more adapt to the current stage of the electric power enterprise work.
