摘　　要：论文对金属生锈的机理和种类、球墨铸铁的化学成分和结构以及金属的防锈方法进行了研究。论文提出了对球墨铸铁进行植物油镀膜、紫胶镀膜和加镍处理这三种防锈处理方法,并对前两种方法进行了试验,处理得到的球墨铸铁都具有一定的防锈性能。应用这三种方法不仅能够达到防锈的效果,而且安全无毒,适用于对生活用品和厨房器具的防锈处理。The paper studies the mechanism and types of metal rust,the chemical composition and structure of nodular cast iron,and the metal antirust methods.The paper puts forward three antirust treatment methods for nodular cast iron:vegetable oil coating,shellac coating and adding nickel treatment.The paper tests the first two methods,and the nodular cast iron obtained by the treatment has certain antirust performance.The application of these three methods can not only achieve the antirust effect,but also is safe and non-toxic,and is suitable for the antirust treatment of daily necessities and kitchen utensils.
