摘　　要：推进国家治理现代化,必须抓好市域社会治理这个“牛鼻子”,这是个崭新的时代命题。推进市域社会治理现代化,需要准确把握和处理好市域社会治理中的多重辩证关系,合理确定治理内涵,努力做到边界属性明确,外项周延全面,上下承启得当,这是加强和创新市域社会治理的重要内容和关键环节,对真正走出一条符合市域特征的中国特色社会治理现代化之路具有重要意义。To promote the modernization of national governance,it is a new era proposition that we must pay attention to the"focal point"of social governance in the city.To promote the modernization of urban social governance,we should accurately grasp and handle the multiple dialectical relations in urban social governance,reasonably determine the connotation of governance,strive to achieve clear boundary attributes,comprehensively extend external items,and properly link up and down.It is not only an important content and key link of strengthening and innovating urban social governance,and it is also of great significance to truly embark on a road to the modernization of social governance with Chinese characteristics in line with the features of the city.
