摘　　要：城市规划如何响应气候变化是当前规划编制探索的热点问题之一。纽约市近年来十分重视在城市规划中响应气候变化,在区域规划、总体规划和专项设计指南中进行了多层面的探索,有一定的借鉴价值。文章以《纽约市第四次大都市区规划》《纽约市城市总体规划(2019—2050)》和《纽约气候恢复设计指南》为分析对象,重点从目标、策略、行动框架和规划实施机制设计几个方面对它们响应气候变化的经验进行总结。最后,针对我国实际情况展开相关讨论。How urban planning responds to climate change is one of hot topics.In recent years,New York city has made many explorations in responding to climate changes from regional plan,master plan and design guidelines,which may lend valuable reference to others.Taking the Fourth Regional Plan for the New York Metropolitan Area,OneNYC 2050,and Climate Resiliency Design Guidelines as the research objective,this paper aims to observe how these plans and guidelines responding to climate changes from the perspective of objectives,strategies,actions and implementation mechanisms.Finally,relevant issues were discussed based upon China's situation.
