摘 要:目的探索短节段椎弓根钉固定手术治疗急性脊柱损伤的疗效。方法选择120例急性脊柱损伤患者为试验对象,选择单双号随机化分组,每组各60例,对照组采用传统手术治疗,观察组采用短节段椎弓根钉固定手术治疗,随后对比两组Cobb’s角、椎体前缘压缩高度、椎管占位率、椎体后缘压缩高度、ODI评分(Oswestry功能障碍指数)、VAS评分(视觉模拟疼痛评分)。结果观察组ODI评分(16.13±3.69)分高于对照组,VAS评分(0.59±0.13)分低于对照组,Cobb’s角(5.46±1.37)°、椎管占位率(4.35±1.39)%、椎体后缘压缩高度(3.27±1.15)°、椎体前缘压缩高度(5.22±1.20)°,优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对急性脊柱损伤患者实施短节段椎弓根钉固定手术治疗效果显著。Objective To explore the effect of shortsegment pedicle screw fixation on acute spinal injury.Methods 120 patients with acute spine injury were selected as the test subjects,and randomized groups of single and double numbers were applied,60 cases in each group,the control group was treated with traditional surgery,and the observation group was treated with short-segment pedicle screw fixation,And then compare the two groups of Cobb’s angle,vertebral body compression height,spinal canal occupation rate,vertebral body compression height,ODI score(Oswestry dysfunction index),VAS score(visual analog pain score).Results The observation group’s ODI score(16.13±3.69)was higher than the control group,the VAS score(0.59±0.13)was lower than the control group,Cobb’s angle(5.46±1.37)°,spinal canal occupation rate (4.35±1.39)%, The compression height of the posteriorvertebral body (3.27±1.15) °, and the compression height ofthe anterior vertebral body (5.22±1.20) ° are superior to thecontrol group (P <0.05). Conclusion The treatment effect ofshort-segment pedicle screw fixation on patients with acutespinal injury is significant.
