妊娠高血压疾病眼底视网膜病变与性激素水平的关联

摘　　要：目的探讨妊娠高血压疾病眼底视网膜血管病变患者眼底病变情况与雌激素孕激素水平的相关性。方法本研究选择了在本院接受治疗的60例妊娠高血压疾病患者和30例正常足月妊娠待产产妇作为研究对象,60例妊娠高血压疾病患者为研究组,30例正常足月妊娠待产患者为对照组,对研究组患者进行产前、产后的眼底检查,观察研究组患者的视网膜病变情况,并采取放射分析技术对研究组患者和对照组患者进行血清FSH、LH、PRL、E2、P、T检测,分析妊娠高血压疾病眼底视网膜血管病变与雌激素孕激素水平的关联。结果重度妊娠高血压疾病患者的FSH水平高于对照组(P<0.05),但是PRL和E2水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05);轻度妊娠高血压疾病患者和中度妊娠高血压疾病患者的PRL水平明显低于对照组,(P<0.05);中度妊娠高血压疾病患者的E2水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05),研究组患者产后血清PRL水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05),产后血清PRL水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论血清E2水平和P水平与妊娠高血压疾病病情严重程度有直接关系,与妊娠高血压疾病眼底视网膜血管病变的发展过程有相关性。Objective To investigate the relationship between the changes of fundus and the levels of estrogen and progesterone in patients with PIH.Methods In this study,60 cases of PIH and 30 cases of normal full-term pregnant women were selected as the research objects,60 cases of PIH were selected as the research group,30 cases of normal full-term pregnant women were selected as the control group.The patients in the research group were examined for fundus before and after delivery,the retinopathy of the patients in the research group was observed,and the radiation analysis technology was adopted Serum FSH,LH,PRL,E2,P,T were measured in the research group and the control group,and the relationship between retinopathy of fundus and the level of estrogen and progesterone was analyzed.Results The level of FSH in patients with severe PIH was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),but the level of PRL and E2 was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the level of PRL in patients with mild PIH and moderate PIH was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the level of E2 in patients with moderate PIH was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the level of PRL in the research group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The level of PRL in postpartum was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The level of serum E2 and P is directly related to the severity of PIH and the development of fundus retinal vascular disease.
