摘 要:目的对呼和浩特市大青山沙棘果渣中含有的总黄酮进行提取,采用分式析因设计中的正交实验优化提取工艺。方法通过单因素实验进行随机区组设计方差分析,确定实验要素与水平;采用分式析因设计中的正交实验设计法改进沙棘黄酮的提取工艺。结果最佳提取总黄酮条件:实验提取2次,每次为2 h,乙醇选为60%,料液比选为1:20。在此条件下,达到32.22 mg/g的黄酮提取量。结论通过对呼和浩特市大青山沙棘的研究,充分说明该地沙棘中所含总黄酮量大。提高了沙棘果渣总黄酮提取工艺,方法操作简便,获取率高,为产业化生产打下了坚实基础。Objective The extraction process of total flavonoids from the fruit dregs of daqingshan seabuckthorn in Hohhot was optimized by orthogonal experiment.Methods Through single factor experiment,random block group design variance analysis was conducted to determine the experimental elements and levels.The extraction technology of flavonoids from seabuckthorn was improved by orthogonal experimental design in fractional factorial analysis.Results Optimal conditions for extraction of total flavonoids: two times for 2 h,60% for ethanol and 1:20 for solid-liquid ratio. Underthese conditions, the extraction amount of flavonoidsreached 32.22 mg/g. Conclusion Through the studyof seabuckthorn in daqingshan, Hohhot, the totalflavonoids content in the seabuckthorn in this area ishigh.The extraction technology of total flavonoids fromseabuckthorn fruit residue was improved, the method wassimple to operate, and the yield was high, which laid asolid foundation for industrial production.
