优质护理在降低无菌手术切口感染率中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨优质护理在降低无菌手术切口感染率中的应用。方法回顾性选取2019年1—12月本院无菌手术患者735例,依据治疗方法分为常规护理基础上优质护理组(优质护理组,n=400)和常规护理组(n=335)两组,统计分析两组患者的切口感染、切口炎症反应、切口延迟愈合情况、护理满意度。结果在切口感染率方面,优质护理组为1.0%(4/400),常规护理组为8.7%(29/335),前者低于后者(P<0.05);在切口炎症反应率方面,优质护理组为1.0%(4/400),常规护理组为9.9%(33/335),前者低于后者(P<0.05);在切口延迟愈合率方面,优质护理组为0,常规护理组为7.5%(25/335),前者低于后者(P<0.05)。在护理满意度方面,优质护理组为94.3%(377/400),常规护理组为83.3%(279/335),前者高于后者(P<0.05)。结论优质护理能够有效降低无菌手术切口感染率。Objective To explore the application of high quality nursing in reducing the infection rate of aseptic surgical incision.Methods 735 cases of patients with aseptic operation in our hospital from January to December 2019 were selected retrospectively.According to the treatment methods,they were divided into two groups:high quality nursing based on routine nursing group(high quality nursing group,n=400)and routine nursing group(n=335).The infections,inflammation,delayed healing and satisfactions of nursing of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results In the aspect of incision infection rate,the high quality nursing group was 1.0%(4/400),the routine nursing group was 8.7%(29/335),the former was significantly lower than the latter(P<0.05);In the aspect of incision inflammation reaction rate,the high quality nursing group was 1.0%(4/400),the routine nursing group was 9.9%(33/335),the former was significantly lower than the latter(P<0.05);In the aspect of incision delayed healing rate,the high quality nursing group was 0,the routine nursing group was 7.5%(25/335),the former was significantly lower than the latter(P<0.05).In terms of nursing satisfaction,94.3%(377/400)in the quality nursing group and 83.3%(279/335) in the routine nursing group, the former was significantlyhigher than the latter (P < 0.05). Conclusion High qualitynursing can effectively reduce the infection rate of asepticsurgical incision.
