对某院2018年临床调血脂药的用药分析

摘　　要：目的:通过对2018年本院临床常用的14种调血脂药的应用进行分析,为临床上合理应用调血脂药物提供参考依据。方法:对2018年本院各类调血脂药物的用药频度(DDDs)占比、日均用药费用(DDC)排行和药物利用指数(DUI)等进行统计比对分析。结果:本院临床常用的调血脂药为他汀类药物;各类调血脂药的DUI应用较合理。结论:本院临床选择调血脂药基本经济合理,且他汀类药物是临床首选品种。Objective:To analyze 14 commonly used lipid-regulating drugs in our hospital in 2018,so as to provide data reference for rational clinical application of lipid-regulating drugs.Methods:The defined daily dose system(DDDs)ratio,daily drug cost(DDC)ranking and drug utilization index(DUI)of all kinds of lipid-lowering drugs in our hospital in 2018 were analyzed by statistical comparison.Results:The commonly used lipid-regulating drugs in our hospital are statins;and the calculation of DUI of various lipid-regulating drugs is relatively reasonable.Conclusion:The choice of lipid-lowering drugs in our hospital is economically reasonable,and statins are the first choice in clinic.
