阿司匹林肠溶片致罕见便秘1例

摘　　要：1例70岁女性患者,因近1个月频发心悸入院,服用阿司匹林肠溶片后发生便秘。经仔细询问患者,诉10年前曾服用阿司匹林肠溶片后发生便秘,自行停药好转后再次服用,又发生便秘。结合患者既往用药史,考虑便秘是由阿司匹林引起,遂停药。停药后患者便秘逐渐消失,未再出现。提示临床需要注意该药引起便秘的不良反应。A 70 year old female patient,who were hospitalized for frequent heart palpitation during the past 1 month,suffered from constipation after taking aspirin enteric coated tablets.After careful inquiry,the patient complained that she had experienced constipation after taking aspirin enteric coated tablets 10 years ago,which was recovered after stopping the drug and relapsed when took it again.Combined with the patient's previous medication history,aspirin was determined to be the cause of constipation,so the drug was stopped.After stopping the drug,the constipation gradually disappeared and did not relapse.Clinical attention should be paid to the adverse reactions of constipation caused by aspirin.
