摘  要:为提高H型垂直轴风力机的气动性能,提出在风力机外部加装聚风挡板的设计方法。首先利用Fluent软件对垂直轴风力机进行流体力学仿真,再采用正交试验设计法,研究聚风挡板的长度、水平布置距离、垂直布置距离和偏转角这4个设计参数对风力机性能的影响,按各参数影响从小到大依次计算。研究结果表明:当聚风挡板的水平布置距离为R,垂直布置距离为2.5R,长度为0.9H(H为风轮高度)和偏转角为25°时,风力机风能利用率最大,其风能利用率相比于原型风力机提高了5.46%;聚风挡板能够有效增大风力机运转区域内部的流场速度,并明显缩短风力机速度较低的尾迹区,进而增大叶片内外表面压力差,也能够在对主轴合成力影响较小的前提下,提升叶片的力矩系数和风力机的风能利用率。In order to improve aerodynamic performance of H-type vertical axis wind turbine(VAWT),a design method of installing windshield baffle outside the wind turbine was proposed.Firstly,the Fluent software was used to simulate the hydrodynamics of the vertical axis wind turbine,and then the orthogonal experimental design method was used to study the influence of four design parameters of windshield baffle,such as the length,the horizontal layout distance,the vertical layout distance and the deflection angle,on the performance of the wind turbine.The results show that the wind energy utilization rate of the wind turbine is the largest when the horizontal layout distance of the wind turbine is R,the vertical layout distance is 2.5R,the length is 0.9H,and the deflection angle is 25°.Compared with the prototype wind turbine,the wind energy utilization rate of the wind turbine is increased by 5.46%.Moreover,it is found that windshield baffle can effectively increase the flow velocity in the running area of the wind turbine,and obviously shorten the tail region where the wind speed is lower,and then increase the pressure difference between the inner and outer surface of the blade.The moment coefficient of the blade and the utilization of wind energy of wind turbines can be improved on the premise that it does not affect seriously the VAWT main shaft synthesis of force.
