摘 要:结合火焰发射光谱检测原理和热电偶测温技术,对生物质火焰发射率进行实验研究。提出一种生物质火焰发射率的热电偶计算模型,并在生物质燃烧炉中对3种常见生物质燃料(松木、红木、稻壳)燃烧火焰进行检测实验。研究结果表明:在同一波长下,松木燃烧火焰发射率最大,其次是红木燃烧火焰发射率,稻壳燃烧火焰发射率最小,且发射率在光谱短波段达到最大值,随波长的增大而减小;将发射率计算结果与光谱计算模型所得结果进行对比验证,稻壳燃烧火焰发射率的平均相对误差最大,为3.02%,证明了模型的准确性与适用性。The flame emissivity of biomass was studied by combining the flame emission spectroscopy and thermocouple temperature measurement technology.A thermocouple calculation model of biomass flame emissivity was proposed and three kinds of common biomass fuels(pine wood,red wood,rice husk)flame detection experiments were carried out in a laboratory biomass combustion furnace.The results show that pine wood has the highest flame emissivity at the same wavelength,followed by mahogany flame emissivity and rice husk flame emissivity,and the emissivity reaches the maximum value in the short wavelength,which decreases with the increase of the wavelength.The results of the emissivity calculation are compared with the spectral calculation model,and the maximum average relative error is 3.02%,which appears in the rice husk flame.The accuracy and applicability of the model are proved.
