摘  要:针对目前铸态贝氏体气缸套生产成本过高的现状,开发了两种珠光体基体的高锰(w(Mn)=2.0%~2.1%)和低锰(w(Mn)=0.2%~0.3%)钼铌微合金化灰铸铁材料,并借助光学显微镜、扫描电镜、万能拉伸试验机、气氛高温摩擦磨损试验机等,研究了两种钼铌微合金化灰铸铁以及对照组铸态贝氏体灰铸铁的组织与性能。研究结果表明:高锰灰铸铁的强度与硬度最高,分别为455 MPa和352HB,低锰灰铸铁的强度和硬度与贝氏体灰铸铁接近,均为408 MPa和271HB。高锰灰铸铁与低锰灰铸铁的组织均由A型石墨和珠光体基体组成。在相同的摩擦磨损条件下,高锰灰铸铁的磨损量与摩擦因数最小,分别为0.0398 mg/m和0.30~0.33。低锰灰铸铁的磨损量与摩擦因数略小于铸态贝氏体灰铸铁,分别为0.0626 mg/m和0.33~0.36。从强度、硬度及磨损性能方面考虑,钼铌微合金化后的珠光体基灰铸铁可以替代铸态贝氏体灰铸铁,成为气缸套的选择材料。Aiming at the problems of low service life and high production cost of cylinder liner,two kinds of Mo-Nb microalloyed gray cast iron materials with high Mn(w(Mn)=2.0%~2.1%)and low Mn(w(Mn)=0.2%~0.3%)were developed for cylinder liner.The microstructure and properties of two groups of Mo-Nb microalloyed pearlite gray cast iron and bainite grey cast iron of control group were studied by means of optical microscope,scanning electron microscope,universal tensile testing machine,and friction and wear testing machine under high temperature.The results show that the strength and hardness of high manganese gray cast iron are the highest with 455 MPa and 352HB respectively.The strength and hardness of low manganese gray cast iron is close to that of bainite gray iron with 410 MPa and 271HB.The microstructure of high manganese and low manganese gray cast iron is A-type graphite and pearlite.Under the same friction and wear conditions,the wear loss and friction coefficient of high manganese gray cast iron is 0.0398 mg/m and 0.30~0.33 respectively,and the wear resistance is the best.The wear loss and friction coefficient of low manganese gray cast iron is slightly less than that of bainite gray cast iron with 0.0626 mg/m and 0.33~0.36 respectively.Considering the strength,hardness and wear properties,the pearlitic gray cast iron microalloyed with Mo-Nb can replace bainite gray cast iron as the preferred material for cylinder liner.
