摘  要:搭建喷雾碰壁试验台架,通过激光粒度仪研究了喷雾碰壁对液滴粒径空间分布的影响。探究喷雾以30°和45°两种不同入射角碰壁后,近壁面处喷雾粒径随时间的变化趋势。试验结果表明:碰壁有利于小粒径液滴的形成。喷射初期,喷雾的空间粒径分布不均匀,随着喷射和碰壁时间的持续,喷雾主束区和反射区的液滴粒径分布均匀,粒径为40~60μm。入射角度的不同会导致碰壁反射区小粒径液滴区域出现的位置、形状和区域面积不同。喷雾以45°入射角碰壁时,小粒径液滴区域更大,近壁面处液滴空间粒径分布均匀化的速度更快,破碎效果更好。The effect of wall-jet interaction on the near wall droplet size spatial distribution was measured by a laser particle size analyzer in a spray rig.The change trend of the spray particle size near the wall with time after the spray hitting the wall was explored at two different incident angles of 30°and 45°.The results show that impinging spray is likely to produce much smaller droplets than that of free spray.The spatial particle size distribution becomes uniform after wall-jet interaction,and the droplet sizes are mostly 40~60μm.The spray incident angle affects the area and position of reflected small droplets.When the spray hits the wall with an incident angle of 45°,the area of small-size droplets is larger,and the spatial particle size distribution of the droplets near the wall surface is uniformized faster and the crushing effect is better.
