摘  要:针对目前对于温拌成品高黏沥青性能研究较少的问题,对成品高黏沥青分别采用3种不同的温拌技术,得到4种温拌高黏沥青。通过对车辙因子、60℃零剪切黏度、蠕变劲度S、蠕变速率M、极限疲劳温度等一系列美国战略公路研究计划(SHRP)指标的试验结果的对比分析,评价出了不同温拌技术对成品高黏沥青的高低温流变性能和抗疲劳性能的影响。研究结果表明:EC120温拌剂对成品高黏沥青的高温性能改善程度最大,泡沫温拌可以提升成品高黏沥青的低温性能和抗疲劳性能。In view of the less research on the performance of warm-mix finished high viscosity asphalt,three different warm-mixing technologies were used to obtain four warm-mix high-viscosity asphalts.Through the comparative analysis of the test results of a series of U.S.strategic highway research program(SHRP)indicators such as rutting factor,60℃zero shear viscosity,creep modulus S and creep rate M and ultimate fatigue temperature,etc.,the effects of different warm mixing technologies on the high and low temperature rheological properties and fatigue resistance of the finished high viscosity asphalt were evaluated.The results show that EC120 warm mixing agent can improve the high temperature performance of the finished high viscosity asphalt the most,and foam warm mixing can improve the low temperature performance and fatigue resistance of the finished high viscosity asphalt.
