百姓生殖健康促进工程的实践与探索

摘　　要：本文对百姓生殖健康促进工程进行了评估分析。通过开展生殖健康促进活动,加强了生殖健康咨询阵地规范化建设,促进高质量服务提供;提升了群众生殖健康知晓率,增强生殖健康保健意识;降低了剖宫产发生率,促进产妇生殖健康;加强了生殖健康检查,促进育龄人群疾病早防早治;开展了生殖健康咨询师职业技能鉴定考试和多种形式的咨询技能培训,提升了服务队伍素质和能力。试点地区累计建设标准化生殖健康咨询服务室1000余个,培训生殖健康咨询师师资10 000余人,平均考试通过率由53.7%提升至67.7%。本文认为,通过整合行业优质资源、建立职业贯通制度、发挥基层网底作用、聚焦解决关键问题等措施有利于加强生殖健康咨询服务工作,提高群众生殖健康水平。This paper evaluates and analyzes the reproductive health promotion project of common people. Through carrying out reproductive health promotion activities, it has strengthened the standardization of reproductive health consultation positions and promoted the provision of high-quality services. The awareness rate of reproductive health of common people is improved and the consciousness of reproductive health care is enhanced. It reduces the incidence of cesarean section and promoted maternal reproductive health. Reproductive health checks have been strengthened to promote early prevention and treatment of diseases among people of childbearing age. The quality and ability of the service team have been improved by carrying out occupational skill appraisal examination and various forms of counseling skills training for reproductive health counselors. Over 1,000 standardized reproductive health consultation and service rooms have been built in the pilot areas, and more than 10,000 teachers of reproductive health consultants have been trained, and the average passing rate of the exam has increased from 53.67% to 67.66%. This paper regards as that it is beneficial to strengthen the reproductive health consultation service and improve the reproductive health level of the masses by integrating the high-quality resources of the industry, establishing the vocational system, giving play to the role of the grass-roots network, and focusing on solving the key problems.
