坤泰胶囊联合黄体酮治疗黄体功能不全性不孕的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:探讨坤泰胶囊联合黄体酮治疗黄体功能不全性不孕效果及对患者子宫内膜容受性影响。方法:选取2016年1月—2018年12月本院收治的黄体功能不全性不孕患者100例,随机分组各50例,对照组给予黄体酮治疗,观察组给予坤泰胶囊联合黄体酮治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果:观察组治疗有效率(88.0%)高于对照组(68.0%),腰膝酸软、性欲减退、畏寒肢冷、精神萎靡及下肢浮肿积分均低于对照组,基础体温上升时间(16.3±4.8d)和最大卵泡直径(19.8±6.2mm)均大于对照组(12.9±3.1d、17.2±5.0 mm)(均P<0.05);雌二醇、孕酮水平和子宫内膜厚度均高于对照组,搏动指数低于对照组,妊娠率(48.0%)高于对照组(20.0%)(P<0.05)。结论:坤泰胶囊联合黄体酮治疗黄体功能不全性不孕临床疗效更佳,可更好地改善患者子宫内膜容受性,提高妊娠率,安全性好。Objective:To investigate the effect of Kuntai capsule combined with progestin for treating women with infertility caused by luteal insufficiency,and to study its influence on their endometrial receptivity.Methods:100 women with infertility caused by luteal insufficiency were selected as the subjects and were divided into two groups according to the random number method from January 2016 to December 2018.50 women in the observation group were treated with Kuntai capsule combined with progesterone,and the women in the control group were treated with progesterone.The clinical efficacy of the women was compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate of the women in the observation group(88.0%)was significant higher than that(68.0%)of the women in the control group.The scores of lumbar and knee weakness,hypolibido,chills,listlessness,and edema of lower limbs of the women in the observation group were significant lower than those of the women in the control group.The rising time of basal body temperature(BBT)and the maximum follicle diameter of the women in the observation group were 16.3±4.8 d and 19.8±6.2 mm,which were significant higher than those(12.9±3.1 d and 17.2±5.0 mm)of the women in the control group(all P<0.05).The levels of estradiol,progesterone,and endometrial thickness of the women in the observation group were significant higher than those of the women in the control group,but the pulse index value of the women in the observation group was significant lower.The pregnancy rate(48.0%)of the women in the observation group was significant higher than that(20.0%)of the women in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Kuntai capsule combined with progestin for treating women with infertility caused by luteal insufficiency has significant clinical efficacy,which can improve their endometrial receptivity,improve their pregnancy rate with good safety.
