ADRP、NADH、HSP70在妊娠高血压疾病患者胎盘组织中的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨脂肪分化相关蛋白(ADRP)、还原型烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸(NADH)脱氢酶、热休克蛋白70(HSP70)在妊娠高血压疾病患者胎盘组织中的表达及意义。方法:选取2019年2月—2020年2月本院收治的152例妊娠高血压疾病患者为妊娠高血压组,同期健康产妇110例为健康对照组。免疫组化、实时荧光定量PCR检测胎盘组织中ADRP、NADH、HSP70表达并分析与妊娠高血压疾病、临床特征、妊娠结局的关系及相关性。结果:妊娠高血压组胎盘组织中ADRP、NADH、HSP70 mRNA表达量高于健康对照组,且随着患者疾病加重表达量升高(P<0.05)。ADRP、NADH、HSP70表达与患者年龄、体质指数、孕产次无关(P>0.05),与患者子痫前期家族史、高血压家族史、尿蛋白水平有关(P<0.05)。妊娠高血压组中不良妊娠结局孕妇ADRP、NADH、HSP70 mRNA表达量高于妊娠结局良好孕妇(P<0.05)。ADRP、NADH、HSP70之间均呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:ADRP、NADH、HSP70在妊娠高血压疾病患者胎盘组织中高表达,且与患者疾病严重程度、妊娠结局有关,临床可根据指标变化早期筛查并评估患者疾病变化预测妊娠结局。Objective: To investigate the expression and significance of adipogenic differentiation-related proteins(ADRP), reductive nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide(NADH) dehydrogenase, heat shock protein 70(HSP70) in placental tissue of pregnant women with pregnancy induced hypertension(PIH). Methods: 152 pregnant women with PIH were selected in study group from February 2019 to February 2020, and 110 healthy pregnant women were selected in control group. The expressions of ADRP, NADH, and HSP70 in placental tissue of these women were detected by real-time PCR and PCR, and their relevant to the disease severity, clinical characteristics, and pregnancy outcomes was analyzed. Results: The expression levels of ADRP, NADH and HSP70 mRNA in placental tissues of the women in the study group were significant higher than those of the women in the control group, and the expression levels of them had increased with the aggravation of PIH(P<0.05). The expressions of ADRP, NADH and HSP70 were not related to the age, the body mass index, and gravidity and parity of the women with PIH(P>0.05), but were related to their family history of preeclampsia, family history of hypertension, and urinary protein level(P<0.05). In the study group, the expression levels of ADRP, NADH, and HSP70 mRNA of the women with adverse pregnancy outcomes were significant higher than those women with normal pregnancy outcomes(P<0.05). The levels of ADRP, NADH and HSP70 were positively correlated(P<0.05). Conclusion: The expressions of ADRP, NADH, and HSP70 in placental tissue of the women with PIH are high, which are closely related to the severity of PIH and the pregnancy outcomes. The change of PIH can be screened and evaluated early, and the pregnancy outcomes can be predicted based on the changes of the levels of ADRP, NADH, and HSP70 in clinical practice.
