摘  要:在淤泥层中,顶管顶进施工过程对上覆土体和邻近管线的影响较大,合理调节相关施工参数对控制土体扰动具有重要意义。本文以深圳固戍污水净化厂二期工程配水管项目为例,通过有限元分析软件ABAQUS分析顶管顶进施工过程中不同的注浆压力、支护力和顶进层土体性质对上覆土体及邻近管线的影响规律。结果表明:调节注浆压力和改善土体性质对土体扰动的控制效果较好,而在淤泥层中调整支护力对土体扰动的控制效果有限。The construction process of jacking in the silt layer has a great impact on the overlying soil and adjacent pipelines.It is of great significance to reasonably adjust the relevant construction parameters to control the soil disturbance.Based on the water distribution project of Shenzhen Gushu sewage treatment plant phase II project,the influence of different grouting pressures,supporting forces and soil properties of jacking layer on the overlying soil and adjacent pipelines in the jacking construction process is analyzed by finite element analysis software ABAQUS.The results show that,adjusting the grouting pressure and improving the soil properties are effective in controlling the disturbance of the soil,while the effect of adjusting the supporting force on the soil disturbance is not obvious in the silt layer.
