摘  要:造纸行业对于用水排水的需求量较大,其产生的废水中含有纤维、填料、颜料等各种杂质,若无有效处理措施,会严重影响污染环境。本文依托造纸行业高浓废水改造处置项目,结合废水处理的工艺特点,选择合适的过程仪表及自控阀门,构建污水处理的自动化控制系统,以更好地解决造纸高浓污水处理的问题,减少对周边环境的污染。There is a large demand for water and drainage in the papermaking industry.The waste water produced in each process of production contains such impurities as fiber,filler,pigment,etc.,which will have a serious impact on the environment without effective treatment.In this article,the transformation and disposal project of high-concentration waste water in papermaking industry is adopted as the background,the technological characteristics of waste water treatment is combined,and the suitable process instruments and automatic control valves are selected to build the automatic control system of waste water treatment.The systematic automatic control method is used to solve the problem of high concentration waste water treatment and to reduce its pollution on the surrounding environment.
