摘 要:为揭示管幕-结构法构件抗弯特性,以下穿太原火车站工程为依托,采用理论计算和数值模拟方法,对钢管与混凝土间界面状态、构件截面几何特征和管壁厚度等对结构构件抗弯能力影响进行研究。结果表明:(1)钢管与混凝土界面在自由滑移状态下的截面极限抗弯承载力约为完全连接状态的80%左右;考虑钢管与混凝土之间的粘结力作用时,截面的抗弯承载力为完全连接状态的93%,比自由滑移状态增大13%;(2)截面几何特征对承载能力影响较大;(3)截面极限抗弯承载力随管壁厚度的减小而呈线性减小规律;(4)随着荷载增加,结构变形由线性向非线性发展。To disclose the flexural capacity of structure component of Pipe curtain-Structure Method(PSM),the project crossing Taiyuan Railway Station constructed by PSM is taken as an example to study the influence of such main factors on the flexural capacity as the connecting states between steel pipe and concrete,the geometric characteristics of section and the wall thickness of steel pipe based on theoretical calculation and numerical simulation.The results show that:(1)The ultimate flexural capacity of the section under free sliding state between steel pipe and concrete is about 80%of that under the fully connected state.With the cohesive force between steel tube and concrete considered,the bending capacity of the section is 93%of that of the fully connected state,which is 13%higher than that of the free sliding state.(2)Geometric characteristics of the section has great influence on the bearing capacity.(3)The ultimate bending capacity of the section decreases linearly with the decrease of the wall thickness of steel tube.(4)Structure deformation develops from linear to non-linear with the increase of load.
