摘　　要：海洋环境数据是人类认识海洋和开发利用海洋的重要战略资源。通过深入调研准确把握国外主要海洋国家、海洋领域国际组织/计划、国内海洋主管部门及相关涉海部门、沿海地方省市和地区,以及涉海企业等海洋环境数据公开发布的现状和趋势,从公开发布的数据类型、来源渠道、精度频率、获取方式等方面,重点对国内外公开发布的海洋温盐、海流、水位和海洋环境信息产品进行对比分析,深入剖析了我国海洋环境数据公开发布存在的不足,研究提出相关工作建议。Marine environmental data are strategic resources for humans to care about and understand the ocean.Based on extensive and in-depth study on the current status and trend of marine environmental data publishing and sharing from major marine countries,international organizations/projects,domestic marine authorities and relevant sectors,coastal areas and marine related enterprises,targeting at marine temperature and salinity data,marine current data,marine geology data,as well as marine environmental information products,this paper gives a comprehensive analysis on the published marine environmental data at home and abroad in terms of data type,data source,precision,frequency and accessibility,etc.The main problems faced by marine environmental data publishing and sharing in China are analyzed and suggestions on improvement are put forward.
