蓝芩口服液联合利巴韦林喷雾剂对手足口病患儿炎性因子水平的影响与安全性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨蓝芩口服液联合利巴韦林喷雾剂对手足口病患儿炎性因子水平的影响与安全性。方法根据随机数字表法将东莞市茶山医院2018年5月至2019年12月期间收治的120例手足口病患儿分成研究组(60例)与对照组(60例),给予两组患儿综合治疗,对照组患儿在此基础上使用利巴韦林喷雾剂治疗,研究组患儿在对照组的基础上加用蓝芩口服液治疗,两组患儿均进行3~7 d的治疗。对比两组患儿治疗7 d后的临床疗效;对比两组患儿症状缓解时间;对比两组患儿治疗前与治疗7 d后的炎性因子水平;对比两组患儿治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果治疗7 d后研究组患儿临床总有效率显著高于对照组患儿;研究组患儿高热、疱疹、流涎各症状的缓解时间均显著短于对照组;治疗7d后两组患儿血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)及白介素-6(IL-6)水平较治疗前均显著降低,且研究组显著低于对照组(均P<0.05);两组患儿不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论蓝芩口服液联合利巴韦林喷雾剂治疗手足口病患儿可起到药物协同配合的作用效果,促进患儿症状体征的改善,抑制炎症反应,且不增加不良反应。Objective To explore the effect and safety of Lanqin oral liquid combined with ribavirin spray on the levels of inflammatory factors in children with hand-foot-mouth disease. Method According to the random number table method, 120 children with hand-foot-mouth disease admitted to Dongguan Chashan Hospital from May 2018 to December 2019 were divided into the research group(60 cases) and the control group(60 cases),both groups were given comprehensive treatment for children,on this basis, the control group was treated with ribavirin spray,the research group was treated with Lanqin Oral Liquid on the basis of the control group,both groups of children were treated for 3~7 days. Compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups of children after 7 days of treatment;compare the time of symptom relief between the two groups of children;compare the levels of inflammatory factors between the two groups of children before treatment and 7 days after treatment;the adverse reactions that occurred during the treatment of the two groups of children were compared. Result After 7 days of treatment, the total clinical effective rate of children in the research group was significantly higher than that of children in the control group;the children in the research group had significantly shorter time to relieve symptoms of high fever, herpes, and salivation than in the control group;after 7 days of treatment, the levels of serum tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α), C-reactive protein(CRP) and interleukin-6(IL-6) in the two groups were lower than before treatment, and the research group was significantly lower than the control group(all P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Lanqin oral liquid combined with ribavirin spray can play a synergistic effect of drugs in the treatment of children with hand-foot-mouth disease, promote the improvement of children’s symptoms and signs, inhibit inflammatory reactions, and does not increase the adverse reacti
