摘　　要：介绍了一种新型铝合金散装粮食自卸半挂车,其设计目标是满足目前粮食物流系统对散装粮食自卸半挂车轻量化、货物种类多样化、人员劳动强度低、粮食装卸效率高等要求。对标市场主流自卸车,该车从控制系统、材料选用及结构上进行了大量创新,通过计算机有限元仿真,结合样车路试,实现了整车自重轻、载质量高、自动化卸料、货物多样化运输等功能,具备一定的创新性。An aluminum alloy bulk grain dump semi-trailer was introduced in the paper.The design goal of the new model is to meet the requirements of the current grain logistics system for bulk grain self unloading semi-trailer lightweight,diversified goods,low labor intensity and high grain handling efficiency.Compared with the mainstream dump truck in the market,the truck has been made a lot of innovations in the control system,material selection and structure.Through the computer finite element simulation,combin⁃ing with the road test of the sample truck,the functions of light weight,high load quality,automatic unloading,and diversified trans⁃portation of goods have been realized for the truck.
