摘  要:针对2A12合金板材在化铣面后出现的粗大晶粒问题进行了宏观形貌、显微组织及偏光组织分析。结果表明,2A12样品化铣面的粗大晶粒是由预拉伸时变形量偏大所致。拉伸量小于4%时,基材晶粒度1级;拉伸量为5%时,基材晶粒开始长大;拉伸量大于5%时,基材晶粒明显粗大。The macroscopic morphology,microstructure and polarized structure of 2A12 alloy sheet were analyzeds.The results show that the coarse grains of the milling face of 2A12 sample are caused by the larger deformation during pre-stretching.When the stretch⁃ing amount is less than 4%,the substrate grain size is grade;when the stretching amount is 5%,the substrate crystal grains begin to grow;when the stretching amount is greater than 5%,the substrate crystal grains are obviously coarse.
