甲沟重建治疗嵌甲21例疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探索一种治疗嵌甲、甲沟炎的效果理想、恢复时间短的方法。方法自2019年1月-2020年7月,对足第一趾21例嵌甲患者共25处嵌甲病灶采用电离子手术治疗机进行甲沟重建,烧除患侧部分侧甲廓,长度及深度至残甲侧缘完全暴露,患侧甲缘靠近趾骨处烧灼甲内侧软组织宽约0.2 cm,患侧甲缘下方及远端烧灼软组织距离甲缘约0.4 cm。结果除1例复发,余患者均一次治疗后痊愈,复发者经再次治疗后痊愈。所有患者术后伤口均愈合良好,无感染。随访4~15个月,侧甲廓及甲外形生长良好,无畸形。结论电离子手术治疗机甲沟重建治疗足第一趾嵌甲,是一种操作简单、术后效果较理想的手术方式。Objective To explore an effective treatment method for ingrown toenail with a short recovery time.Methods From January 2019 to July 2020,21 patients(25 ingrown toenails)with ingrown toenails paronychia in bilateral great toes were treated by multi-purpose electric ion operating apparatus for nail groove reconstruction.The side edge of the vallum unguis on the affected side was cauterized in length and depth until the side edge of the residual nail was fully exposed.The soft tissue on the medial side of the nail was cauterized at the edge of the affected side near the phalanges,and the soft tissue was cauterized below and distally from the edge of the nail on the affected side,which was 0.4 cm away from the the edge of the nail.Results All patients were cured after treatment except one with recurrence.This case healed after secondary treatment.All the wounds healed very well,without infection.They were followed up for 4 to 15 months.The toes nail had nearly normal appearance with normal function.Conclusion Ingrown toenails could be effectively treated with multi-purpose electric ion operating apparatus,which is a simple surgery with excellent outcomes.
