近5年针刺治疗卒中后吞咽障碍研究进展

摘　　要：卒中后吞咽障碍,可严重影响患者的生命质量,甚至危及患者的生命,是卒中后常见并发症之一。针刺治疗卒中后吞咽障碍在临床上一直发挥着重要作用,临床研究结果表明,针刺治疗卒中后吞咽障碍具有显著疗效,通过总结该病近5年研究进展,对该病发展及治疗过程中存在的问题进行探讨,希望能够为今后的科研或临床提供参考。现对近5年来卒中后吞咽障碍的不同针刺疗法进行总结,其中主要包括头针、康复训练、电刺激疗法、舌针、项针。Dysphagia after stroke can seriously affect the quality of life of patients,even endangers their lives,and is one of the common complications after stroke.Acupuncture treatment of dysphagia after stroke has always played an important role in clinics.This paper summarizes the different acupuncture treatments for dysphagia after stroke in the past 5 years,including scalp acupuncture,rehabilitation training,electrical stimulation therapy,tongue,and nape needle.The results of clinical research show that acupuncture has significant curative effect on dysphagia after stroke.By summarizing the research progress of the disease in the past 5 years,the problems in the development and treatment of this disease are discussed,and it is hoped to provide reference for future research and clinical.
