摘 要:2020年国家电网基建部发布了一系列电网工程设计建设的技术标准,为探讨新规范对杆塔的影响,首先对输电线路工程影响较大的如电气、荷载等设计规范进行了分析,阐述其修订要点;接着对原杆塔通用设计采用数理统计分析方法,给出新规范对杆塔的影响。结果表明,本次输电线路相关规范的修订,对低电压等级的线路杆塔影响较大,无论是在电气间隙还是在杆塔承载力方面,原杆塔通用设计已不满足现行规范要求,在未来的基建工程中应引起高度重视。In 2020,State Grid Infrastructure Department issued a series of technical standards for power grid projects in design and construction stage.In order to discuss the influence of new code on the tower,the main design specifications such as electrical and load were analyzed,the main points of revision were expounded.Mathematical statistical analysis method was used for the general design of original tower,and influence of new specifications on tower was concluded.The results show that revision of the relevant specifications of transmission lines has a great impact on the low-voltage line to-wers,whether in terms of electrical clearance or tower bearing capacity,the original general design of towers can no longer meet the requirements of the current specifications,which should be paid great attention to infrastructure projects in the future.
