摘 要:某200 MW火电机组两台给水泵均为液力耦合器控制方式,应电厂工艺改造要求,将一台给水泵改为变频调节方式,为解决机组运行时给水泵运行方式切换的问题,满足自动控制要求,本文通过现场采集和分析相关数据,得出给水泵液力耦合器开度与转速、给水泵变频器开度与转速的分段函数关系,依据该函数关系设计了给水泵自动控制策略,并在实际工程中得到了成功应用,该控制策略为相同配置机组的给水泵变频改造提供参考。Two feed water pumps of a 200 MW thermal power unit are both hydraulic coupler control mode.According to the requirements of power plant technological transformation,one feed water pump is changed into frequency conversion regulation mode.In order to solve the problem of the opera-tion switching modes of feed water pump during unit operation and meet the requirements of automatic control,the sectional function relations between the opening degree and the rotating speed of the hydraulic coupler of the feed water pump were obtained by the site data collection and analysis of the relevant data,as well as the opening degree and the rotating speed of the frequency converter of the feed water pump.The automatic control strategy of feed water pump was designed and applied in practical engineering successfully based on the functional relationship.The control strategy provided re-ference for the frequency conversion transformation of the similar configuration of the feed water pump.
