摘　　要：本文利用对辽宁省396户蔬菜种植户的实地调查数据,实证分析了菜农使用农药过程中道德风险发生的影响因素。实证结果显示,影响菜农道德风险发生的因素主要有售前检测、宣传培训、价格因素、邻里效应、合作组织等。基于此,本文认为相关政府管理部门应发挥相应的管理职能,提高组织化程度,发挥组织的作用,同时完善蔬菜市场体系。Based on the survey data of 396 vegetable farmers in Liaoning province,this paper empirically analyzes the factors affecting the occurrence of moral hazard in the process of pesticide use by vegetable farmers.The empirical results show that the main factors affecting the moral hazard of vegetable farmers are price factor,neighborhood effect,cooperative organization,pre-sales testing,publicity and training.Based on this,this paper thinks that relevant government management departments should play corresponding management functions,improve the degree of organization,play the role of organization to improve the vegetable market system.
