摘 要:本文论述了中国海洋文化旅游业发展面临的机遇, 一是旅游业成为国民经济战略性支柱产业, 二是中国全面建成小康社会为海洋文化旅游业进一步发展提供了坚实基础, 三是新发展理念为海洋文化旅游业进一步发展指明了方向,四是国家出台了一系列发展规划、法律法规和政策, 五是世界旅游业的发展趋势有利于中国海洋文化旅游业的发展;分析了现存的制约因素, 主要是一些地区缺少整体规划、开发模式单一等;继而介绍了澳大利亚文化旅游业的发展情况与特点, 主要有举办一系列的旅游展会、举办体育运动赛事、制订消费者需求计划等;最后提出了中国海洋文化旅游业发展对策。This paper discusses the marine cultural tourism industry development in China faces the opportunity: Firstly, the tourism industry becomes into strategic pillar industry of national economy. Secondly, the construction of a well-off society in an all-round way for the further development of marine cultural tourism industry in our country provides a solidfoundation. Thirdly, the implementation of the five development concept forthe further development of marine cultural tourism industry pointed out thedirection. Fourthly, a series of development planning and the laws and regulations and policy has been released. Fifthly, the development trend of world tourism also promotes the development of China' s marine cultural tourism in-dustry. Then the paper analyzes the existing constraints. There are some areas lacking overall planning and some development modes appear single, etc.Then it introduces the development situation and characteristics of Australia'scultural tourism industry,which mainly includes holding a series of tourismexhibitions,holding sports events and making consumer demand plans. Finally,it puts forward the development countermeasures of China's Marinecultural tourism.
