耳尖穴放血联合药物治疗早期麦粒肿的有效性分析

摘　　要：目的浅析早期麦粒肿患者应用耳尖穴放血联合药物治疗的有效性。方法 32例早期麦粒肿患者为研究对象,经过数字标注法1∶1分为参照组及试验组,每组16例。参照组给予药物治疗,试验组给予耳尖穴放血联合药物治疗。比较两组患者的临床治疗效果、红肿消失时间、硬结消失时间、疼痛消失时间。结果试验组患者的总有效率为93.75%,高于参照组的62.50%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者的红肿消失时间、硬结消失时间、疼痛消失时间分别为(2.03±1.18)、(3.57±1.15)、(2.32±1.43)d,均短于参照组的(3.16±1.21)、(4.68±1.47)、(3.39±1.28)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论耳尖穴放血是创伤小、操作方便的中医诊疗方式,在早期麦粒肿治疗中可以对药物治疗起到辅助作用,进而提升治疗效果,让患者临床症状更快消退,缩短病程,恢复眼睛健康。在实际操作中要严格遵循无菌化原则,做好眼部卫生,不要使用手大力揉搓眼睛,同时还要告知患者在脓肿未成熟前,不能自行排脓,以免感染加重,影响康复效果。Objective To analyze the effectiveness of auricular point bloodletting therapy combined with drugs in the treatment of early hordeolum. Methods A total of 32 patients with early hordeolum as study subjects were divided into reference group and experimental group according to digital labeling method, with 16 cases in each group. The reference group was treated with drugs therapy, and the experimental group was treated with auricular point bloodletting therapy. The clinical effect, disappearance time of swelling, induration, and pain were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 93.75%, which was higher than 62.50% of the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The disappearance time of swelling, induration, and pain of the experimental group were(2.03±1.18),(3.57±1.15) and(2.32±1.43) d, which were all shorter than(3.16±1.21),(4.68±1.47) and(3.39±1.28) d of the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Auricular point bloodletting therapy is a small trauma, easy-to-operate method of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment. It can assist the drug treatment in the early treatment of hordeolum, thereby enhancing the treatment effect, allowing the patient’s clinical symptoms to fade faster, shortening the course of the disease, and restoring eye health. In the actual operation, we must strictly follow the principle of asepticization, do good eye hygiene, do not use hands to vigorously rub the eyes, and at the same time, inform the patient that before the abscess matures, not to drain the pus by oneself, so as to avoid aggravation of infection and affect the rehabilitation effect.
