中药饮片与中药配方免煎颗粒对胃溃疡患者的疗效对比

摘　　要：目的对胃溃疡患者进行中药配方免煎颗粒与中药饮片治疗进行研究。方法 100例胃溃疡患者,随机为参考组和实验组,每组50例。实验组采用免煎颗粒治疗,参考组采用中药饮片治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果以及并发症发生情况。结果参考组中有34例痊愈, 14例有效, 2例无效,治疗总有效率96.0%;实验组中有36例痊愈, 13例有效, 1例无效,治疗总有效率98.0%。两组治疗总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.344, P>0.05)。实验组的并发症发生率2.0%与参考组的4.0%比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.344, P>0.05)。结论利用中药配方免煎颗粒治疗胃溃疡的疗效与中药饮片同等,推荐临床使用。Objective To study the effect of Chinese medication decoction pieces and free-frying Chinese medicine granules. Methods A total of 100 patients with gastric ulcer were randomly divided into reference group and experimental group, with 50 cases in each group. The experimental group was treated with free-frying Chinese medicine granules, and the reference group was treated with Chinese medication decoction pieces. The therapeutic effect and occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results In the reference group, 34 cases were cured, 14 cases were effective, 2 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate of treatment was 96.0%;in the experimental group, 36 cases were cured, 13 cases were effective and 1 case was ineffective, and the total effective rate was 98.0%. There was no statistically significant difference in total effective rate between the two groups(χ^(2)=0.344, P>0.05). The incidence of complications 2.0% of the experimental group had no statistically significant difference compared with 4.0% of the reference group(χ^(2)=0.344, P>0.05). Conclusion The efficacy of free-frying Chinese medicine granules is the same as that of Chinese medicine decoction pieces in the treatment of gastric ulcer, which is recommended for clinical use.
