摘  要:当前,城市综合管廊设施管理存在着效率低下、成本偏高等一系列问题,严重制约了城镇化进程。基于BIM的信息管理系统实现了设备与环境信息的收集与共享,随着项目的发展,系统数据库也不断完善,显著提高设施信息管理的效率和水平。以BIM信息技术平台为核心,通过搭建B/S网络架构,嵌入SQL Server数据库,设计基于Java语言编程的轻量级Web框架,实现了管廊、管线、用户等5个方面的城市综合管廊设施信息集成化管理平台建设。通过对系统进行测试与运行,验证了该系统的可行性。At present,the management of urban utility tunnel facilities faces a series of problems,such as low efficiency and high cost,which seriously restricts the process of urbanization.BIM-based facility information management system can realize information collection and sharing.With the continuous improvement of the system database,the efficiency and degree of facility information management can be significantly improved.Taking BIM technology platform as the core,by building B/S network architecture,embedding SQL Server database,and designing a lightweight Web framework based on Java language programming,this paper realizes the construction of an integrated management platform for the information management of urban utility tunnel facilities from five aspects,including pipe gallery,pipeline,and user.Finally,the feasibility of the system is verified based on system testing.
