摘  要:参照ITTC(2017)推荐规范与我国相关标准和规范,对螺旋桨敞水试验进行不确定度分析.根据敞水试验的流程梳理不确定度源;基于不确定度分析的基本原理及不确定度传播原理,结合其测量函数,分析了敞水试验的A类不确定度和B类不确定度对于试验结果的影响;补充了ITTC(2017)对于敞水试验的不确定度分析方法;对进速系数、推力和扭矩进行了不确定度分析.结果表明:在95%包含概率(k=2)下,进速系数的扩展不确定度不高于0.30%,推力的扩展不确定度不高于0.60%,扭矩的扩展不确定度不高于0.60%.通过提高仪器设备的测量精度、控制试验的随机误差,可有效降低敞水试验不确定度.The uncertainty of propeller open water test was analyzed with reference to ITTC(International Towing Tank Conference)(2017) recommended procedures and relevant domestic standards. The error source was combed according to the process of the open water test. Based on the basic theory of uncertainty analysis and uncertainty propagation principle, combined with its measurement function, the influence of Type A uncertainty and Type B uncertainty of the open water test on the test results was analyzed. The uncertainty analysis method of ITTC(2017) for open water test was supplemented, and the uncertainty of advance coefficient,thrust and torque were analyzed.Results show that at 95% confidence level(k=2),the extended uncertainty of advance coefficient is no higher than 0.30%, the extended uncertainty of thrust is no higher than 0.60%, and the extended uncertainty of torque is no higher than 0.60%. By improving the accuracy of instruments and controlling the random error of the test, the uncertainty of open water test can be effectively reduced.
