摘 要:通过理论分析、数字模拟及试验研究探讨拱形应变传感器输出灵敏度的影响因素及其影响规律.研究结果表明:拱形应变传感器拱顶的开槽、拱轴线形、拱高、拱跨及截面尺寸为其输出灵敏度主要影响因素,其中拱顶开槽的影响最为显著.依据各因素影响程度的不同,得到了拱形应变传感器的最优尺寸,拱的净跨为100 mm,拱高为17 mm,据此制作出拱形应变传感器实物.将所制作的拱形应变传感器以电阻式应变片进行输出灵敏度的标定并试验验证其适用性,实践表明所设计的拱形应变传感器可重复使用并且具有较高的输出灵敏度.Through theoretical analysis,digital simulation and experimental study,the influencing factors and rules of the output sensitivity of arch strain sensor were discussed.Results show that the main influencing factors of the output sensitivity of arch strain sensor are the arch notch,arch axis alignment,arch height,arch span and cross-section size,among which the arch notch has the most significant effect.According to the influence degree of each factor,the optimal size of the arch strain sensor was obtained.The net span of the arch was 100 mm,and the height of the arch was 17 mm.Based on this,the arch strain sensor was manufactured.The output sensitivity of the manufactured arch strain sensor was calibrated by resistance strain gauge, and its applicability was verified by experiment.The practice shows that the designed arch strain sensor can be reused and has high output sensitivity.
