摘　　要：文章结合国内电力行业发展基本情况,首先阐述了电能计量装置故障后追补电量补算的基础原理,其次着重从互感器单侧侧断相调节、电流和电压端互感法等方面,研究电能计量装置故障后追补电量计算策略,以达到明细技术实施要点,促进国内电力行业全面革新和优化的目的。Based on the development of domestic electric power industry,this paper this paper first expounds the basic principle of the fault of electric energy metering device,and then studies the calculation strategy of power recovery after fault of electric energy metering device from the aspects of single side fault phase regulation,current and voltage end mutual inductance of transformer.
