摘　　要：运用文献资料法、逻辑推理法等,分析闲暇体育的历史演进、当代特征,提出闲暇体育在当下中国的时代价值与实践策略。闲暇体育的发展历程主要为缘起阶段:追逐时间自由;结构化阶段:发掘社会功能;个性化阶段:促进全面发展。其时代特征表现为推动更有效的深度闲暇参与、承载更丰富的精神文化特征、构建更广泛的社会互动联系。闲暇体育在中国的时代价值及实践策略为:社会价值——倡导新型体育发展理念助力体育强国建设,经济价值——优化体育供给体系助推消费升级,人本价值——深度融合教育场景赋能人的全面发展。Using the methods of literature review and logical reasoning to analyze historical evolution and era characteristics of leisure sports,this paper explored the era value and practical strategies of leisure sports in China.The development of leisure sports has gone through three stages:perusing free time in origin stage,fi nding social function in structural stage,promoting all-round development of human beings in personalized stage,which has some era characteristics including more effectively deep leisure participation,richer spiritual culture and more extensive social interaction.The paper puts forward the era value and practical strategies of leisure sports in China including social value in promoting the sporting powerhouse construction by new conception of sports development,economical value in accelerating consumption upgrading by optimizing sports supplement,human-centric value in advancing all-round development of human beings by deep integration of educational scenes.
