循环经济观视域下一位共产党员科学大家的深邃报国情怀--记钱学森和新中国资源节约与综合利用事业

摘　　要：我国许多老一代杰出科学家是中共党员,钱学森即是其中的一位。早年,他在美国就接触了马列主义,归国后继续学习、掌握马列主义及毛泽东思想,积极加入中国共产党。在党的领导下,他以强烈的爱国报国之心和坚定的共产主义理想信念献身于国家科技事业,用马列主义、毛泽东思想的立场、观点和方法,结合国家科技与社会主义经济建设事业发展实际,观察、分析和研究科学技术与经济建设发展的基本规律与方向,形成了系统(综合集成)方法论并用于指导以航空航天事业为主的多学科、多领域的科学技术研究与实践,建立了诸多创新型科学思想与理论体系,其中包括循环经济观。钱学森的循环经济观切合我国经济建设转型时期绿色经济可持续发展的需要,并在促进国家资源综合利用事业进步中发挥了重要作用,这是他为国为民做出的又一伟大贡献。Many outstanding scientists of the older generation in China are members of the Communist Party of China,and Qian Xuesen is one of them.In his early years,he came into contact with Marxism-Leninism in the United States,after returning to China,he continued to study and master Marxism-Leninism and Mao Zedong Thought,and actively joined the Communist Party of China.Under the leadership of the Communist Party of China,he devoted himself to the cause of national science and technology with a strong patriotism and a firm communist ideal and conviction,and used Marxism-Leninism and Mao Zedong Thought’s positions,viewpoints and methods,combined with the actual development of national science and technology and socialist economic construction,to observe,analyze and study the basic laws and directions of the development of science and technology and economic construction,forming the system (comprehensive integration) methodology which had been used to guide multi-disciplinary and multi-field scientific and technological research and practice focusing on aerospace industry,and establishing many innovative scientific thoughts and theoretical systems,including the concept of circular economy.Qian Xuesen’s circular economy view meets the needs of the sustainable development of the green economy during the transition period of China’s economic construction,and has played an important role in promoting the progress of the country’s comprehensive utilization of resources,which is another great contribution he has made to the country and the people.
