摘 要:伴随着智能技术的日益发展,其对劳动力市场的影响已经逐渐显现出来。在此背景下,基于熊彼特“创造性破坏”的概念框架对我国劳动力市场的就业趋势进行了分析。认为智能技术的发展和规模化应用将改变我国劳动力市场的职业结构和技能结构,进而提高劳动力在行业和地区之间的流动性,从而优化资源配置。而由智能技术应用带来的失业冲击将通过劳动力自我技能提高和职业升级以及在行业和地区之间的流动得到有效缓解。长期来看,就业总量将保持稳定。With the development of intelligent technology,its impact on the labor market has gradually emerged.In this context,this paper analyzes the employment trend of Chinese labor market based on Schumpeter’s conceptual framework of Creative Destruction.The paper believes that the development and large-scale application of intelligent technology will change the occupation structure and skill structure of Chinese labor market,and then improve the mobility of labor between industries and regions,so as to optimize the allocation of resources.The impact of unemployment caused by technological progress will be effectively alleviated through the improvement of self-skills and career upgrading,as well as the increase of labor mobility.In the long run,the total employment will remain stable.
