摘 要:出射激光脉冲功率的变化对大气激光雷达数据采集的准确度具有很大的影响,因此需要对脉冲激光器功率进行准确的检测。基于出射激光脉冲窄脉宽、高重复频率的特点,提出一种针对窄脉冲激光器的功率检测系统。首先,采用光电二极管构成的光电转换电路实现对激光信号的光电转换;其次,采用跨导型峰值保持电路对激光单脉冲进行峰值保持;最后,通过同步触发信号实现单片机对峰值的采集,测出脉冲激光器出射脉冲的功率。经实验测试,该系统适用于大气激光雷达使用的脉宽为10 ns、重复频率为10 kHz、波长为532 nm的激光脉冲功率检测,且测试结果与标准激光功率计相比具有良好的线性关系和精度,满足应用需求。The change of the outgoing laser pulse power has a great influence on the accuracy of atmospheric lidar data collection,so it is necessary to detect the power of pulsed laser accurately.Based on the characteristics of the narrow pulse width and high repetition frequency of the outgoing laser pulse,we proposes a power detection system for narrow pulsed laser.First,the photoelectric conversion circuit composed of photodiodes is used to realize the photoelectric conversion of the laser signal.Second,the transconductance type peak hold circuit is used to hold the peak value of the laser single pulse.Finally,the synchronous trigger signal is used to collect the peak value of the single chip and measure the outgoing pulse power of the pulsed laser.After experimental testing,the system is suitable for power detection of laser pulses with a pulse width of 10 ns,a repetition frequency of 10 kHz,and a wavelength of 532 nm used by atmospheric lidar.The test results have good linear relationship and accuracy compared with standard laser power meters,which can meet application requirements.
